Catherine has hit that age where everything she eats (oatmeal, lollipops, yogurt, applesauce, lollipops, ice cream, etc.) makes it into her hair. And this is usually by noon. So she is always a sticky mess. WHY? Because I was refusing to cut her hair. So she spent all day wiping her hair out of her face, with her crummy, dirty, chubby, adorable, little hands.
This is how she normally looks ....
Notice all the hair in her face. Now just add something sticky to it and you have the Catherine I'm used to.

It's not the best haircut but its an improvement over what she normally looks like. I'll tell you tomorrow if it works! LOL!
She didn't want to stand still and pose. I thought it only appropriate that she stand next to her latest work of art. Yeah, that's the first wall you see when entering our lovely home.

So sweet! After growing out Lydia's bangs I swore I'd never cut bangs again - but Ella was so little with such long hair and it just wasn't practical - she couldn't keep it out of her eyes. So, she has bangs. I'm considering growing them out now (because I'm crazy) and actually...*cringe* even cutting the rest of it, too.
I'll chicken out. I think. I hope? I don't know! I'm tired of trying to get food out of her hair, though!
LOL, that is how Felicity looks most of the time too. Suckers seem to be her favorite Halloween candy too. she always has milk, candy, and all sorts of things in her hair...I'm afraid if I cut it she'll decide to go cut it some more like her big sister did after her first hair cut. Fear is keeping me at bay. Catherine does look so cute with this new hair cut though.
Lillian, Catherine looks adorable and so free without hair in her eyes... Did you do the cut? If so, I'm so impressed! And lol on the restatement of lollipops in the morning list of foods--my M is the same way! He'd eat them all day if allowed... Blessings, B
