Well, I haven't been very successful with my Month of Motivation goal(exercising with kids daily) so I thought I would try at least being more careful about what I eat. Too bad I decided to start today! I just got back from Blockbuster and wasn't able to indulge myself with Marble Slab. You see, Marble Slab is right NEXT DOOR to Blockbuster and its become somewhat of a habit to stop and get myself an ice cream. I started this when I was 7 mos. pregnant with Catherine. Catherine is now 9 mos. old!!
I'll miss my new friend (banana ice cream w/ nuts in chocolate covered cone) but I'm sure I'll feel better in the morning. I guess its back to my old friend ... popcorn. Its only 3 pts and I can make it last the entire movie!!
